General Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

Experience Required:

Marketing team lead

General Summary:

The Marketing Manager is a highly motivated, flexible, versatile and creative individual with experience who will be responsible for the growth of our sales and the expansion of our reach. We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing, that passion comes through as she/he engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and turning customers into advocates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our organisation and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Manage the preparation of the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Manage the marketing sub-committees to ensure they are adhering to timelines, efficient and producing quality output
  • Report to the Board on the progress of the Marketing team and contribute to ideas that will assist the growth of the organisation

 

Experience Required:

Demonstrated command of the following skill set:

  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees in the Marketing team.

General Summary:

The Media Manager is a very creative, inspired and motivated individual with experience who will be responsible for the creation of our media content. We are looking for someone with a passion for videography, and the creation of films, that passion comes through as she/he engages with the media team to create media content relevant to the audience and that aligns with the vision of the organisation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the activities of writers, directors, managers, actors, and other personnel throughout the production process
  • Conducting meetings with team to discuss production progress and check-ins to ensure production objectives goals are met
  • Organise brainstorming sessions and approve production plans
  • Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
  • Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
  • Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.

 

Experience Required:

Demonstrated command of the following skill set:

  • Exceptional leadership skills, decision-making skills and the ability to delegate work
  • Creative and have an understanding on the Media Production process
  • Strong communication skills and are able to meet deadlines and stay organized
  • Excel in time management, meet deadlines, and work in high-pressure settings
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
